Dr. Luziana HOXHA is Lector at Faculty of Biotechnology and Food, and since September 2020 has taken a supplementary role as Head of Sector/Directory of Projects at Agricultural University of Tirana. She holds a PhD in Food sciences and Biotechnology and graduated in 2008 in Food Chemistry at the Faculty of Natural Sciences, University of Tirana. In 2012 she completed her studies in the Master of Science in "Management: Marketing". Has diverse experience, in various fields, such as teaching, research, implementation of national and international projects, business consultants. She is the author of several scientific articles, published in scientific journals and monographs published abroad, has participated with scientific papers in various international events, and has attended international postgraduate training in the field of food science, food safety and compiling, managing and analyzing food data, food system transformation, in EU countries: Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, etc. Also, she has contributed in project writing and implementation, with different roles as quality member, management committee member, researcher/teacher, working group member, mentee, contact point, in several international projects: Tempus, Erasmus+ CBHE, IPA, COST, CEEPUS, etc.
