Designed for Students interested at all levels and qualifications, PhD students, early-career researchers, youth workers, and professionals, the program is structured around a\u00a0core methodological framework\u00a0that equips participants with the\u00a0theories, methods, and practical tools needed to engage effectively in\u00a0community-based work. The central\u00a0fil rouge\u00a0of the course is\u00a0learning how to work within rural territories using a community-centered approach. Participants will gain\u00a0hands-on training in participatory methodologies, enabling them to design, implement, and evaluate interventions tailored to local needs. The program integrates\u00a0interactive workshops, expert-led thematic modules, and a field visit\u00a0to a rural community in\u00a0Cremona, Italy, where participants will critically observe successful initiatives and explore how theoretical concepts translate into practice. A\u00a0distinguished panel of international experts\u00a0will deliver\u00a0thematic modules\u00a0on core issues such as\u00a0social inclusion, youth mobility, climate change justice, rural education, employment, and sustainability. This academic rigor is complemented by the involvement of the\u00a0European Rural Youth Observatory, ensuring a\u00a0high-level methodological and theoretical foundation, deeply embedded in\u00a0contemporary European research and policy frameworks. Upon completion, participants will receive a\u00a0certificate of attendance, demonstrating their advanced understanding of\u00a0community-based methodologies, preparing them to apply these approaches in\u00a0rural development settings.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808000;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #808000;\" href=\"https:\/\/formazionecontinua.unicatt.it\/formazione-empowering-rural-communities-from-theory-to-practice-in-community-development-p225cr0820-01\">MORE INFORMATION &#8211; SUMMER SCHOOL 2025<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>WHERE- WHEN &#8211; HOW TO REGISTER:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The school will take place from\u00a0<strong>June 16 to June 21, 2025<\/strong>, at\u00a0<strong>Universit\u00e0 Cattolica del Sacro Cuore<\/strong>\u00a0in\u00a0<strong>Cremona (Italy)\u00a0<\/strong>&#8211;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/piacenza.unicatt.it\/il-campus-come-raggiungere-la-sede-di-cremona\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Campus Santa Monica<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The program includes a total of\u00a0<strong>40 hours of interactive training<\/strong>, combining lectures, thematic sessions, and participatory workshops.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Monday to Friday<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-indent-1\"><strong>Morning sessions<\/strong>: 9:00 AM \u2013 1:00 PM<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-indent-1\"><strong>Afternoon sessions<\/strong>: 2:00 PM \u2013 5:00 PM<\/li>\n<li><strong>Saturday<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-indent-1\">Field trip:\u00a05h to be defined<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to register:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Participants will be admitted in order of enrollment.
